But okay, hold the damn phone... RAPHAEL was the "black one" of the Ninja Turtles! How could you possibly have seen Donatello as... seriously? Raph! It's SO OBVIOUS! Excepting for the old cartoon where he was kind of Jerry Seinfeld, but in the live movies and the Imagi CGI movie and the '03 cartoons he was absolutely the Urban Turtle, to use "White Guy Parlance."
I will avoid the obligatory hating for you not giving a shit about Firefly. It was flawed but genius. Others can tell you better. I don't like punching my friends in their stupid guts. And then you dump on Last Action Hero? Dude. You're making this difficult for me.
I can explain to you why Iron Man 2 was a deeply flawed movie, but not here. I'm already talking for too long.
Bloob should be voiced by the dude who was the taxicab in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Or Christian Bale doing the Batman voice.
Creative Dream Teams: Rainbow in the Dark-- J.Scott Campbell & Andy Hartnell. Uniques-- Robert Kirkman and Sean Murphy. For you guys? Random Veus-- Grant Morrison & Joe Maduriera. FoA-- Scott Snyder & Tony Moore. Rat Rage-- John Layman & Mike Wieringo. He may not be with us any more, but he'd have KILLED on that book.
I loved Last action hero. i just also know it wasnt a popularly enjoyed movie.
iron man 2 was flawed I agree... but it wasnt that bad... at its worst it was a 2 hour long commercial for avengers.. at its best it was an excuse to see the suit again and we had a scene of iron man and war machine boxing with Robot Rock blasting behind them... so for me its a win.
and i toooootally agree on the voice for Bloob.
...And I feel really stupid having that argument. And vaguely racist.
Last Action Hero, critics be damned, is the best ever attempt at spoofing the action movie genre. No other film has ever come close. I wish like hell the Expendables had been more like LAH; it could've been the first movie to top it.
Iron Man 2 was not a good movie. It was a just so-so movie that was almost good. Like that really, really fat guy but his face is still skinny, so from the neck up he seems thin until WHAAAA. You've really gotta squint at IM2 to see a good movie there, and ignore a LOT of problems. Still very enjoyable at points, but it's hard for me not to watch it and keep imagining the movie I wished it was.
